BESCHREIBUNG
L-15 enthält kein Natriumhydrogencarbonat, da es durch den hohen Gehalt an Aminosäuren schon gepuffert wird. Das Medium unterstützt das Wachstum von etablierten Zelllinien wie zum Beispiel Hep-2, wie auch humaner Nervenzellen und primärer Gewebeexplantate. Mit 10 % Tryptose-Phosphat-Broth ist es außerdem sehr gut für die Kultivierung von Insektenzelllinien geeignet.
